for Affiliate Program

By participating in our affiliate program offered by JLPT WE HELP ("JLPT WE HELP"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms of Use"), to the extent permitted by applicable law. JLPT WE HELP reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at its discretion. We advise you to regularly review these Terms of Use to ensure your continued agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you are not authorized to join our affiliate program through this website.
 

Definitions

"Affiliate Program" - the marketing program offered by JLPT WE HELP to affiliates for promoting the company's products and services.

"Affiliate" - an individual or entity that has been accepted into the affiliate program and has a unique affiliate link to promote the website's products.

"Affiliate Link" - a unique URL provided to the affiliate to promote the website's products, which allows the website to track sales made through the link and attribute them to the correct affiliate.

"Commission" - the percentage or dollar amount earned by the affiliate for each sale made through their unique affiliate link.

"Product" - any Japanese learning material offered for sale on JLPT WE HELP.

"Website" - the website owned and operated by JLPT WE HELP that sells Japanese learning materials and operates the affiliate program.

"Partner" - Affiliates who are in partnership with JLPT WE HELP.

"Unique Visitor" - a person who visits the website through the affiliate link for the first time.

"Qualifying Sale" - A sale that is made by a unique visitor who has visited the website through the affiliate link and made a purchase.

 

Eligibility

Any individual or entity with a website or online presence may apply to become an affiliate. However, we reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.

Commission

​

Affiliates will earn a commission of a particular percentage for each sale made through their unique affiliate link.

Affiliate Link

​

1. Affiliates may use a variety of methods to promote our products, including but not limited to text links, banners, and product reviews. 

2. Commissions will be earned by the affiliate based on Qualifying Sales resulting from customers clicking on the affiliate's unique referral link, rather than the use of a coupon discount code.

3. The affiliate will be provided with a unique referral link to share with potential customers.

4. When a customer clicks on the Affiliate Link and makes a Qualifying Sale, the affiliate will receive a commission for the sale.

5. The Affiliate agrees to use the Affiliate Link only for lawful and ethical promotion of the Website's products and services and will not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activities related to the use of the Affiliate Link.

6. The Website reserves the right to revoke or terminate an affiliate's access to their unique referral link if the affiliate is found to be in violation of this agreement or engaging in any illegal or unethical activities.

 

Compliance

 

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to advertising and marketing. Affiliates may not engage in any deceptive or misleading advertising practices.

Qualifying Sales Confirmation

​

1. The Website uses a third-party service provider to track and confirm Qualifying Sales.

2. The affiliate will be paid commissions only for Qualifying Sales that have been confirmed by the third-party service provider.

3. JLPT WE HELP is not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in tracking or confirmation of Qualifying Sales made by the third-party service provider.

4. The affiliate acknowledges and agrees that the determination of Qualifying Sales and the calculation of commissions shall be made by the third-party service provider in its sole discretion and JLPT WE HELP shall have no liability or responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies in the tracking or confirmation of Qualifying Sales.

5. The affiliate shall have no right to dispute any determination of Qualifying Sales or calculation of commissions made by the third-party service provider.

Coupon Discount Code

​

1. The Website may offer coupon discount codes to customers from time to time.

2. Some affiliates may be provided with a unique coupon discount code (the "Affiliate Code") to share with potential customers.

3. If a customer uses a coupon discount code, the commission earned by the affiliate for that sale will be calculated based on the final sale price after the discount has been applied.

4. Any commission earned by the affiliate will be calculated and paid based on the net sale amount after the application of any coupon discount codes.

5. The Website reserves the right to modify or discontinue coupon discount codes at any time without notice to the affiliate.

Payment of Commissions

​

1. Payment of commissions will be made to the affiliate on a monthly basis.

2. Payment will be made through PayPal. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate PayPal information and keeping it up to date.

3. The minimum threshold for payout is USD100. Affiliates will only be paid commissions once the minimum threshold has been reached.

4. In case the commission earned by the affiliate is less than the minimum payment amount, the commission will be carried forward to the next payment cycle.

5. All payments will be made in USD.

6. Commissions will only be paid for Qualifying Sales that are not returned or refunded.

7. Any taxes or other expenses associated with receiving commissions are the responsibility of the affiliate, including any transaction fees associated with PayPal. The affiliate will receive the net amount after deducting transaction fee.

8. JLPT WE HELP reserves the right to change or modify the commission rate, minimum payment amount and payment schedule at any time, with or without notice to the affiliate.

9. Any disputes regarding payments must be made in writing and submitted to the Website within 30 days of the date of the disputed payment.

 

Termination

 

We reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason. Affiliates will be paid commissions for any sales made through their unique link prior to termination.

 

Disclaimer

 

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

This agreement and any dispute arising out of or related to it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the US.

 

Governing Language

 

These terms and conditions are written in English and are the standard version. Any translated versions are provided for convenience only and in the event of any discrepancy, the English version will govern and prevail.
